Below you will find information regarding arrangement and honorarium fees to help construct and budget your artist visit event. Confirmed parties will also receive a pre-visit setup package with a school preparation list, teacher resource guides, artist profile, promotional material, photo reference, book order info, contract agreement and invoice form. Each artist-visit day can include up to four, 45-minute presentations or three presentations and an afternoon art workshop. Additional presentations can be arranged upon special request. I would also be happy to discuss and address any educational criteria to complement your school or facilities curriculum. Artist honorarium fees are as followed:
1) Local Area Visit: $850 a day (under 1 hr driving in the NYC area.)
2) *Out-of-Area Visit: $1000 a day, plus expenses and arrangements (transportation, hotel, and $25 a day food allowance.)
3) *Out-of-State Visit: $1250 a day, plus expenses and arrangements (flight, transportation **hotel, and $25 a day food allowance.)
4) Out-of-Country Visit: $1500 a day, plus expenses and arrangements (flight, transportation hotel, and $25 a day food allowance.)
*A local area rate can be negotiated for out-of-area or out-of-state visits if your school or a second school in your vicinity books a consecutive artist visit day. Dividing visit costs between two or more schools is a beneficial way to share hotel and travel expenses. This excludes out-of-country visits.
**Hotel arrangements could possibly be waived if booking an artist visit day(s) in the San Diego area of California.
