Blog: News & Updates
Wonderful to be heading to take part of The Highlights Foundation amazing weekend workshop of drawing and storytelling with this all-star cast: James Ransome, Anna Raff, Jerry Pinkney, Lucy Cummins, and me…John Parra.
It’s been an amazing past few days starting with the Eric Carle Honors, a trip to the MET, hanging out with family, Pizza at Grimaldi’s in Brooklyn, seeing Hamilton on Broadway, author/artist panel at Books Of Wonder, passing Robert De Niro on the street, and finally the Global Citizens concert in Central Park with Queen, Alicia Keys, HER, and more. So grateful!
